The School of Revival is led by Prophet Élisée Kouakou, founder of the New Pentecost Movement (in French : Ministère de la Nouvelle Pentecôte) —a Spirit-led ministry committed to awakening nations through fervent intercession, the Word of God, and the manifestation of the Anointing of Revival.

Headquartered in Paris, France, the movement operates REVEIL TV, a revival-centered Christian media channel, along with its more recent U.S.-based counterpart, REVIVAL TV in Los Angeles, California.
